Executive Director - Biblio Globus Egypt, Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt (2012 - Present).
Achieved dynamic growth of the company from a small host agency to one of the largest tourism companies in South Sinai.
Currently managing a team of 176 employees.
Deputy Director - Biblio Globus Crimea, JSC (2019 - 2021).
Appointed as a crisis manager to an underperforming branch to increase profitability and optimize business processes.
February - March 2019: Delivered a series of lectures at Kemerovo State University on inbound tourism in Crimea and recruited 75 students to work at Biblio Globus Crimea, JSC for the "Summer 2019" season. Received acknowledgments from Crimean organizations and business partners abroad.
Co-owner and Head of Sales Department - SVR Group, JSC, Egypt (2007 - 2012).
Successfully led the real estate sales department, selling properties of various price categories in Egypt, including projects built by SVR Group in Hurghada. Ensured the legality and transparency of all real estate transactions conducted by the company. Under my supervision, the department became the main financial contributor to the group of companies.
Head of Transport Department - Als-Tour, Egypt (2001 - 2007).
Coordinated and controlled the work of the company's transport and representatives at Hurghada Airport. Ensured timely provision of all types of transport required for servicing tourist arrivals and departures. Provided all types of transportation (land, water and air) for the company's excursion activities. Distributed employees across all operational activities, e.g., airport and excursions. Prepared financial reports for the company's transportation expenses. Resigned voluntarily to start my own business as part of the SVR Group, JSC.
